Vendors need to be in place NLT 10th June, 12am,
Gates Open Friday, June 11th, 2010 3pm EST

1) Complete this application and indicate space required.
Spaces available 10 Frontage $150.00, 20=$300.00, 30= $450.00, 40= $550,($50.00 extra for electric and $50.00 Water hookup).

There will be only 2 wrist bands given per space rented; all others must be purchased in advance or at the gate.

2) Vendors will be responsible for any trash in their area. This includes at the end of show after move out.

Trash cans will be distributed throughout vendor area.
If trash is left in the area, TELLICO BIKER RALLY retains the privilege to refuse future vendor space to said vendor.

3) Please submit a recent photo of your vending operation with this

4) Vendors must provide proof of insurance when submitting this application.
Include a copy of your certificate of insurance along with payment.
